Overview
A dramatic whole-home transformation in Northbrook's sought-after Dauphine Avenue neighborhood. Ultimate Development reimagined this two-story colonial from the outside in — replacing the entire exterior envelope with a bold dark board-and-batten facade, warm wood accents, and black-framed windows, then gutting and rebuilding every interior space with European-inspired custom millwork, a sun-drenched four-season room addition, a chef's kitchen, spa-quality bathrooms, and a finished basement. The result is a home that reads as newly built, yet deeply personal.
